This is the main website we are revising or updating, https://ignitestrategiessolutions.com/
I am gonna attach you the current html css codes of this so you can edit them as is properly.
First is I am gonna send you video meeting for what is the revisions and changes for Ignite Strategies Solutions website. now i want you to transcribe the video and do the necessary changes in the code. please do not chane anything that is not relevant on what they want. so just change what they needed base on the video and do not alter the code. also I want you to create a preview html i can see the website before i upload it in html code widget again. also I want a list of the changes you added on the website so ican differentiate the before and after.
For the VSL description request, here are the details:
please analyze this website and do deep research https://ignitestrategiessolutions.com/ and the business is all about. Now we are creating a vsl for the coaches Andy, Tim and Tom. now please deep seach the profiles for each of the coaches: https://ignitestrategiessolutions.com/coach-andy https://ignitestrategiessolutions.com/coach-tim https://ignitestrategiessolutions.com/coach-tom now I want you to create a vsl description we can send out to Andy, Tim and Tom so they can video shoot for it. put necessary details they need to tackle and make it a bullet form. the duration needed it should be a few seconds only, services, etc. i want 1 video in the homepage for andy introducing and another video for this coach andy page, and 1 video each for Tim and Tom. So 2 videos for Andy 1-home & 1- coach andy, 1-coach tim, 1-coach Tom. make it easy to understand so that andy tim and tom will see the description easily.
here is the video title in my downloads folder: Video Project 4. now go analyze properly now.
I'll start by locating the video and any project files you've got in place.

[00:06 -> 00:08] Tim, jump in on this too.
[00:08 -> 00:09] Ignite your growth.
[00:09 -> 00:10] I like this.
[00:10 -> 00:12] I kind of like the darker look.
[00:12 -> 00:14] That's just me.
[00:14 -> 00:15] I love it personally.
[00:18 -> 00:21] Anybody got any opinions about this big open space?
[00:21 -> 00:23] Me personally, I'm not sure.
[00:24 -> 00:26] I don't have an opinion on it.
[00:27 -> 00:29] I mean, the negative space is too much.
[00:31 -> 00:32] Yeah.
[00:32 -> 00:34] Should we put a video in there?
[00:34 -> 00:35] Yeah, yeah.
[00:35 -> 00:37] Would you will be, yes, video will be best.
[00:37 -> 00:41] Like, as for the service conversion, I think Joel has added the videos.
[00:41 -> 00:44] But they look more attractive as compared to the picture.
[00:45 -> 00:46] That's my suggestion.
[00:47 -> 00:49] Can we put a video box here?
[00:49 -> 00:51] We've got a shitload of video.
[00:51 -> 00:52] A lot of video clips.
[00:52 -> 00:53] A lot of videos.
[00:53 -> 00:57] We have it, like, play all sorts of different ones.
[00:58 -> 00:58] You know what I mean?
[00:59 -> 01:02] Just, I mean, I just feel like we got so many.
[01:03 -> 01:04] So, I don't know.
[01:04 -> 01:07] I mean, honestly, Andy, I wouldn't use any of those.
[01:08 -> 01:20] style videos. I think this is a video that needs to be, the video that needs to be there is a video from, obviously, a video from you, saying,
[01:20 -> 01:29] welcome to ignite and just kind of talk about some services and stuff and how are, how are coaching
[01:29 -> 01:37] and that kind of video, I think is what needs to be there because that's going to get people to stay on it.
[01:38 -> 01:41] website video of our services.
[01:42 -> 01:42] Yeah.
[01:42 -> 01:43] Welcome to Ignite.
[01:44 -> 01:53] Let me kind of explain how our platform and stuff and how we operate and how we can help you improve your KPI's and da-da-da-da-da.
[01:54 -> 01:58] A video like that, I think, would be very, very powerful up there in that right corner.
[01:59 -> 01:59] Okay.
[02:00 -> 02:01] Yeah, exactly.
[02:02 -> 02:04] I think having a VSL is really good.
[02:06 -> 02:06] Okay.
[02:07 -> 02:07] All right.
[02:07 -> 02:08] I will do it, guys.
[02:10 -> 02:15] I think I think I'll try next week. Okay. I'll do a few of them.
[02:17 -> 02:23] But I promise you, I eventually, I'll get it done. I'll get it done. It'll take me a minute. But anyway.
[02:24 -> 02:28] So document client resolve 2 to 9% net profit margin.
[02:30 -> 02:35] Joel, this is not on you or anything. We've never actually talked about the results. Okay.
[02:35 -> 02:42] Okay. Sal's running a 53% net profit margin.
[02:44 -> 02:45] Okay.
[02:45 -> 02:55] My people in House Call Pro when they work with me, they're running anywhere from 23 to 53% net profit margin.
[02:59 -> 03:00] So we got to change that.
[03:00 -> 03:01] You got that noted?
[03:01 -> 03:02] It's not that, Andy.
[03:03 -> 03:08] Average ticket would probably be 800 to 6,500.
[03:15 -> 03:15] I would put a lot.
[03:15 -> 03:26] Well, that one's kind of a double-ed-sword because $800 to $6,500 would be for service.
[03:26 -> 03:36] But if they had an install ticket, I mean, obviously that would be, you know, 11 to $35,000.
[03:36 -> 03:45] So you might want to do an $800 to $6,500 service, and then I don't know if you could put something underneath it.
[03:47 -> 03:51] Installation work, $11 to $3,000 to $3,000.
[03:51 -> 04:02] thousand. Yeah. Okay, clickback rate. What are we, what are we saying clickback rates are?
[04:02 -> 04:08] It's callback rate. Oh, sorry, my eyes are still blurry. I'm waiting. Callback rate,
[04:08 -> 04:21] eight to two percent. Does that mean that our virtual assistance or our AI, if we have it set up
[04:21 -> 04:28] somewhere, or okay, let me say this. When I was doing it at, uh,
This is exactly the revision meeting — I can already see hero video and results-metric changes. Let me let it finish.

[12:28 -> 12:32] Yours and I, mine, kind of look a little, a little plain.
[12:34 -> 12:39] See how Tom's got areas of expertise and everything.
[12:40 -> 12:45] Yeah, now that's obviously, that's very, yeah, I like that.
[12:45 -> 12:51] So we need to add that to our, make sure that that kind of mirror matches mine and Andy's profile.
[12:52 -> 12:57] Yeah, so we can do these, and then all coaches.
[12:59 -> 13:00] Let's see what that looks like.
[13:01 -> 13:31] This, something again, even if it's a AI video.
[13:32 -> 13:35] of all of us doing something working together or something.
[13:35 -> 13:36] You know what I mean?
[13:38 -> 13:39] But let's work on.
[13:40 -> 13:46] Yeah, let's work on eliminating, yeah, let's definitely work on eliminating all the dead space.
[13:46 -> 13:50] Because that's, I mean, that's a lot of real estate that we can take advantage of.
[13:51 -> 13:52] Right.
[13:57 -> 13:59] So this is going to take us into the services section.
[14:00 -> 14:02] We got to change these.
[14:03 -> 14:04] Yep.
[14:04 -> 14:05] Those are just placeholders.
[14:05 -> 14:08] But yeah, they'll work on getting all of that stuff.
[14:08 -> 14:16] updated. And Joel, if you need, if you need some exact numbers or whatever, don't hesitate, hit Andy up and he'll get you what you need.
[14:18 -> 14:32] Okay, pick a time that were. So, so that calendar there, is that just a general calendar, or is that going to, or does each coach have their own calendar?
[14:36 -> 14:42] How are we going to, so if somebody wants to book a call with Andy, or somebody wants to book a call with Andy, or
[14:42 -> 14:45] or somebody wants to book a call with me or somebody who needs to book a call with Tom,
[14:46 -> 14:53] we need to make sure that obviously each, that that goes to each one of our calendars,
[14:53 -> 14:56] so we obviously get notified instead of just a general public calendar.
[14:59 -> 15:05] Or we can have one public calendar, I guess, using, obviously, inside Servicon.
[15:06 -> 15:08] And then when they go, oh, yeah, let's do that.
[15:08 -> 15:15] So inside Servicon, we can have one ball, we can have one calendar and turn that into a group.
[15:15 -> 15:22] calendar. That way, part of the booking process, they can turn around and pick which coach
[15:22 -> 15:35] they want to book with. This is all Joel stuff, right? This is stuff Joel's going to do,
[15:35 -> 15:41] correct? Yeah, they can. The calendar, the calendar is going to be common calendar. Joel's going to get
[15:41 -> 15:49] with CJ on and CJ or Kent, either CJ or Kent, and either CJ or Kent can't, either CJ or Kent can't can turn around
[15:49 -> 15:52] and make sure that the group calendar is built correctly.
[15:52 -> 15:54] inside service conversion.
[15:54 -> 16:02] Why don't you take, why don't you put that on your plate and you and you and Joel work together on that and make sure that that gets done correctly.
[16:04 -> 16:04] Yep, copy that.
[16:05 -> 16:07] Put that on your task right now.
[16:09 -> 16:10] Why don't we do this?
[16:10 -> 16:15] Why don't we stop right there, Tim, and let's let them accomplish that before.
[16:16 -> 16:16] We go any further.
[16:17 -> 16:22] Yeah, because we'll just, I just think we take it kind of one, one page at a time.
[16:23 -> 16:24] I started with the home page.
[16:25 -> 16:30] You guys know some of these spots to fill in, things like that.
[16:30 -> 16:34] So, I personally, I think we should stop there.
[16:35 -> 16:35] Yep.
[16:36 -> 16:38] Now, that's a very good idea.
[16:39 -> 16:46] So, and then once we get those ones all, once we get those all accomplished, then we'll continue the second half of it.
[16:46 -> 16:48] And then we can work on getting that done.
[16:49 -> 16:51] Joel, what time frame do you think?
[16:51 -> 16:53] And honestly, I'm not pushing you.
[16:53 -> 16:54] I'm not going to make it.
[16:54 -> 16:55] Okay.
[16:55 -> 17:01] Good pressure on you, but I would like to at least know an expectation of...
[17:01 -> 17:02] What's up...
[17:02 -> 17:03] ...to see...
[17:03 -> 17:08] ...that finish door.
[17:08 -> 17:12] Next Saturday, should we be able to see a good rough draft or a good draft?
[17:12 -> 17:15] And the following Saturday, it'll be all finished or...
[17:15 -> 17:16] Or what?
[17:16 -> 17:18] How long is this going to take you?
[17:18 -> 17:19] For sure, I think it's...
[17:19 -> 17:24] We can present it, hopefully, like, regarding with the changes that we just mentioned
[17:24 -> 17:26] or basically the additions that we need.
[17:27 -> 17:29] We can streamline that by Saturday.
[17:30 -> 17:34] And hopefully, you know, once we get the final wrap-up,
[17:34 -> 17:40] like a final, you know, final additions or revisions regarding with the comments,
[17:40 -> 17:47] we can further streamline it the next next week, probably.
[17:47 -> 17:50] Yeah, so you know what that means, Jill, right?
[17:51 -> 17:51] Yeah.
[17:52 -> 17:54] So part of the things, part of the things, part of the...
[17:54 -> 17:59] Part of the things that you need is obviously a few videos from Andy, right?
[18:00 -> 18:01] Yes.
[18:01 -> 18:10] So this week, so this week, so how you would state that is I can accomplish this by Friday
[18:10 -> 18:16] so I can present it on Saturday, providing you get me the videos that is needed.
[18:17 -> 18:22] So I'm going to be on your ass, Andy, and make sure that you provide me those videos.
[18:22 -> 18:24] So come Monday, guess what?
[18:24 -> 18:25] remind me.
[18:25 -> 18:26] And I'll respect that.
[18:26 -> 18:31] And if they're not, and if he doesn't have them to you by then, then on guess what,
[18:31 -> 18:35] your guys this morning meeting with Andy on Tuesday, you're going to remind him again.
[18:37 -> 18:42] You guys, I mean, we're going to hold you guys accountable, but you also got to hold us accountable.
[18:42 -> 18:43] Yes.
[18:43 -> 18:45] Yes, I will respect that, Joel.
[18:45 -> 18:46] I really will.
[18:47 -> 18:47] You asked him.
[18:48 -> 18:49] We've got to get better.
[18:49 -> 18:53] Yeah, we've got to get better as a team holding everybody accountable.
[18:53 -> 18:56] and having communication.
[18:57 -> 19:06] I'm very, I mean, all of our meetings should be like this one here to where, I mean, it's open and people are bouncing ideas off each other.
[19:06 -> 19:09] And how do we help each other get better?
[19:10 -> 19:15] Because that's, I mean, that is a huge piece that we are that we're missing as a team.
[19:16 -> 19:21] And we got to get a video from you and Tom, too, to put in that coaching session.
[19:22 -> 19:23] For sure.
[19:23 -> 19:25] I'm going to, I will work on that too.
[19:26 -> 19:34] I'm going to remind you guys regarding with that, hopefully, by Monday, and then every meeting, hopefully, before the end of the week next week.
[19:35 -> 19:36] But, yeah.
[19:36 -> 19:49] Yeah, so, so yeah, so obviously, based off the notes that we just took, we need to obviously come up with what videos that we need that we need for each section of the page.
[19:49 -> 19:53] And then just a small script to kind of let me and Andy know.
[19:53 -> 19:57] the style of video that you need.
[20:00 -> 20:01] And then we'll get it made.
[20:02 -> 20:08] Yeah, so basically, I think the setup would be like a short VSL, you know, regarding with specialties.
[20:08 -> 20:12] Of course, the technical details would be already in the page.
[20:12 -> 20:20] So I think the best way to go through it is basically, you know, highlight just in like a setup
[20:20 -> 20:26] where you can hook, you can hook the viewers or customers in a way, you know, what you do
[20:26 -> 20:46] So what I'm saying, I mean, I understand what you're saying, Joel, but what I'm saying is you're, as you're going in and making these changes, and as you make those changes, I, and you already, as you're making those changes and doing these buildouts, you already know the video that needs to go in that Pacific section of the website, right?
[20:47 -> 20:47] Yes.
[20:47 -> 20:53] And you know what we need, you know what, what, what we need to obviously say on that video.
[20:54 -> 20:57] So what I'm saying is make a quick,
[20:57 -> 21:05] little script, I need this video of, and then just put the basics of what we need to talk about
[21:05 -> 21:14] that video and then hit us up in Slack and let us know what videos you need so we can hammer and get
[21:14 -> 21:21] those, get those back to you and do, let's do one video at a time in each section. So that way
[21:21 -> 21:27] we can turn around and hit that, make that video and get it to you. And then whatever.
[21:27 -> 21:38] of whatever you need as you're building that and making those changes, hey, I need this video, boom, I need this video, boom, with the content of what you need in that video, so we know what video that we're making.
[21:40 -> 21:41] Yes, got it then.
[21:51 -> 21:53] I guess what I guess what we're saying about about.
[21:55 -> 21:55] Okay.
[21:56 -> 21:56] Yes, sir.
[21:56 -> 21:59] So, I think, uh, obvious.
[22:00 -> 22:05] Uh, do you have any other questions, Joel, are you pretty clear on what we, uh, what we've talked about?
[22:05 -> 22:06] Yes, it's pretty clear.
[22:06 -> 22:07] And, um, obviously.
[22:07 -> 22:20] Obviously, it's going to be more on collaboration with the team as well, regarding with the integrations to the calendar, et cetera, regarding with the technicals, like then for the videos, if we need some, you know, major editing stuff.
[22:20 -> 22:27] But like I said, you know, I'm going to be putting some descriptions regarding with what we need for the videos.
[22:30 -> 22:30] Perfect.

Ignite Homepage Revisions
Every change requested on the Ignite Strategies review call, transcribed and mapped to the live site. Each item shows the current state, the requested state, and the timestamp in the recording where it was asked for.
Source Video Project 4.mp4On call Andy Ervin · Tim Owens · JoelScope Homepage + coach pages13 changes
Scope stops at the homepage
At 16:10 Andy called the review to a halt — “let’s stop right there and let them accomplish that before we go any further… I just think we take it one page at a time.” Everything below is homepage and coach-page work. The rest of the site gets reviewed on a later call, so nothing outside these sections should be touched yet.
Hero Section
2 changes
CHG-01
Fill the hero’s empty right side with an Andy welcome video
00:18 – 02:04
Before
Large empty negative space beside the “IGNITE YOUR GROWTH” headline. Team agreed it reads as unused real estate.
After
A video player embedded in that space, holding a short VSL from Andy: “Welcome to Ignite” — what the platform is, how the coaching works, how it improves the owner’s KPIs.
→ See VSL brief, video #1
Tim Owens · 01:08
“Honestly, Andy, I wouldn’t use any of those style videos. The video that needs to be there is a video from you saying welcome to Ignite, and just kind of talk about some services and how our coaching works — that’s what’s going to get people to stay on it.”
CHG-02
Keep the dark theme exactly as it is
00:08 – 00:15
Before
Dark colour scheme across the hero and page.
After
Unchanged — explicitly approved on the call. Do not lighten or re-theme the site.
Andy Ervin · 00:10
“Ignite your growth — I like this. I kind of like the darker look.” — Tim: “I love it personally.”
Documented Results — All Four Metrics
4 changes
Every number here is a placeholder
Confirmed at 05:24: the existing stats were written by Kent as filler before the team had ever discussed real figures. Andy — “did we just throw numbers in there until we had this conversation?” All four are replaced below.
CHG-03
Net profit margin — raise to real client figures
02:24 – 03:00
Before
2% → 9%
Net Profit Margin
After
23% – 53%
Net Profit Margin
Andy Ervin · 02:45
“Sal’s running a 53% net profit margin. My people in House Call Pro, when they work with me, they’re running anywhere from 23 to 53% net profit margin. So we got to change that.”
CHG-04
Average ticket — split into a service line and an install line
03:03 – 03:51
Before
$420 → $800
Average Ticket Value — a single figure with no service/install distinction.
After
$800 – $6,500
Average Service Ticket
$11,000 – $35,000
Average Installation Ticket — added as a second line underneath.
Tim Owens · 03:15
“That one’s kind of a double-edged sword, because $800 to $6,500 would be for service. But if they had an install ticket, obviously that would be 11 to $35,000. So you might want to do an $800 to $6,500 service, and then put something underneath it — installation work.”
CHG-05
Callback rate — reverse the direction and relabel it
03:51 – 05:06
Before
8% → below 2%
Callback Rate — currently framed as a defect rate that should go down.
After
80% – 100%
Return Call Rate — driven by automated text messaging. This is customers calling back, so it goes up.
Needs Andy’s sign-off on the label
On the call this metric was said as “callback rate,” but the discussion is clearly about customers returning a call after automated texts — Andy: “our callback rate, because our automated text messages and everything, was 100%.” In the trades, “callback” normally means a repeat visit on a failed repair, where lower is better. Publishing “Callback Rate: 80–100%” would read as a bad number to an HVAC owner. Recommend the label “Return Call Rate” or “Customer Response Rate” — confirm with Andy before it goes live.
CHG-06
Service agreements — express as a percentage increase
05:06 – 06:47
Before
42 → 400+
Service Agreements — raw counts that don’t explain themselves.
After
200% – 500%
Increase in Service Agreements — wording agreed on the call so the number reads clearly.
Andy Ervin · 06:11
“I get a bunch of people that hardly have any service agreements and I teach them how to build those up — probably 200% to 500%. But we’ve got to figure out that language so people understand what that number is trying to say.” — Tim: “Increase in service agreements. I think that would make sense.”
The Ignite Method
2 changes
CHG-07
Rename all three steps to Plan It / Build It / Launch It
06:47 – 08:33
Before
01 Diagnose — Audit your business with rigorous honesty
02 Design — Build strategy and systems to fit
03 Deploy — Execute with structured accountability
After
01 Plan It
02 Build It
03 Launch It
Same three-step structure and numbering — only the naming and supporting copy change.
Tim Owens · 07:14
“We need to be consistent with the same language across all of our sites instead of having different languages. Instead of using the word diagnose and audit — what is our thing? We plan it, we build it, we launch it. We need to be consistent across the board.”
Why it matters beyond wording
This aligns Ignite with Service Conversion and the MeasureU QIA framework — Questions, Information, Action. Tim at 08:59: asking the right questions and collecting the information is the planning stage; the action is the building stage, which leads to launch. Keep the new step copy consistent with that logic.
CHG-08
Add an Andy video to the method section
08:33 – 09:56
Before
Three static steps, no media.
After
A short video from Andy walking through how he plans, builds and launches — with AI-generated visuals cut in. Andy asked for the launch beat to be “explosive,” him in a rocket taking off.
→ Optional bonus video, see VSL brief
Andy Ervin · 09:44
“We can talk about launching it and put me like in a rocket or something taking off. Make it something explosive, you know what I mean? Like, boom. It’d be fun for somebody to watch.”
Coaches — Homepage & Profile Pages
3 changes
CHG-09
Give each coach their own video in the coaching section
11:08 – 12:32
Before
Coaching section has a blank gap above the coach grid, and no individual video for any coach.
After
A dedicated section for each of Andy, Tim and Tom, each holding that coach’s own intro video.
→ VSL brief, videos #2, #3, #4
Tim Owens · 11:24
“In the coaching section we need to actually have a separate section for Andy, then a section for myself, and then a section for Tommy in there.”
CHG-10
Rebuild Andy’s and Tim’s profiles to match Tom’s layout
12:25 – 12:51
Before
Tom’s page — fully built out, including an Areas of Expertise block (Operations Management, Sales Training, KPI Tracking, Technician Performance, Leadership Development, and more).
Andy’s and Tim’s pages — described on the call as “a little plain.” No Areas of Expertise block.
After
All three profiles mirror the same structure. Add an Areas of Expertise block to Andy’s and Tim’s pages built from what each already lists:
Andy — Fractional CFO & Turnaround, Tax & FICA Savings, Strategic Planning, KPI & Financial Insights, Benefits & Workers’ Comp
Tim — Marketing & Lead Systems, Strategic Planning & Sales, Customer Acquisition, Retention, Scaling Service Businesses
Tim Owens · 12:28
“Yours and mine kind of look a little plain. See how Tom’s got areas of expertise and everything… we need to make sure that mirror-matches mine and Andy’s profile.”
CHG-11
Fill the gap on the All Coaches view
13:01 – 13:39
Before
Dead space at the top of the all-coaches view.
After
A group video — Andy suggested an AI-generated clip of all three coaches working together.
Andy Ervin · 13:31
“Something again, even if it’s an AI video of all of us doing something, working together or something.”
Page-Wide & Booking
2 changes
CHG-12
Close every remaining block of dead space
13:40 – 13:50
Before
Large empty vertical gaps recurring between sections down the homepage.
After
Tighten section spacing throughout, and use the reclaimed space for the video blocks above.
Tim Owens · 13:40
“Let’s definitely work on eliminating all the dead space, because that’s a lot of real estate that we can take advantage of.”
CHG-13
Let visitors choose which coach they’re booking with
14:18 – 16:02
Before
One general public calendar. No way to tell which coach a booking is for, and no coach gets notified directly.
After
A single group calendar inside Service Conversion, with a coach-selection step in the booking flow. The chosen coach is notified on their own calendar.
Not a front-end-only change · owner: Tim + Joel
Assigned on the call at 15:54 — Tim and Joel work with CJ or Kent to build the group calendar correctly inside Service Conversion. The website side only needs the coach-picker step; the routing is configured in the platform.

Andy committed to recording at 02:07 — “I’ll do a few of them.” Videos also get published to YouTube for SEO (10:14). Full shooting instructions are in the separate VSL brief.
“IGNITE YOUR GROWTH” headline and tagline — Andy said “I like this.”
Testimonials from Sandy, Trent and Sal — not discussed.
Everything below the homepage fold-out sections — review was halted at 16:10 for a later call.
The seven service cards — flagged as placeholders at 14:00 but no replacement copy was given. Andy is supplying exact numbers directly: “if you need some exact numbers, hit Andy up and he’ll get you what you need” (14:08). Hold until then.
Let me fix a stray typo in the CSS before publishing.

Ignite Coach Video Briefs
Everything Andy, Tim and Tom need to record their website videos. Each brief is one page: how long it runs, what to say, in what order, and what to leave out. Read your own section — you don’t need the others.
Andy 2 videosTim 1 videoTom 1 videoEach under 60 seconds
Read this first — applies to all four videos
Two minutes of setup makes the difference between usable and re-shoot.
Framing
Shoot horizontal, not vertical.
Chest-up. Eyes about a third down from the top.
Camera at eye level — not looking up your nose.
Look at the lens, not your own face on the screen.
Light & sound
Face a window or a light. Never sit with a window behind you.
Quiet room. No fans, no traffic, no shop noise.
Phone within arm’s reach beats a phone across the room.
Don’t read the website copy aloud — the page already says it.
Sending it in
Upload raw — don’t edit, trim, or add music.
Post to Slack and tag the video number.
These also get posted to YouTube for SEO.
VIDEO 1Andy ErvinHomepage · hero, top right45–60 sec
Welcome to Ignite
The first thing a visitor sees. Its only job is to make a shop owner stay on the page instead of bouncing. Speak as the founder of the firm here — this is about Ignite, not about you.
0:00–0:08Hook
Name the problem they’re living in
Open on the pain, not on your name.
Busy all year, no idea where the money went.
Something like“If your crews are slammed all year and you still can’t tell me what your net profit is — that’s not a sales problem. That’s a numbers problem.”
0:08–0:16Who
Introduce yourself and the firm
“I’m Andy Ervin, founder of Ignite Strategies.”
One credibility line only — twenty years as a Controller, VP of Finance and CFO.
Save the MBA, CPA and EOS credentials for Video 2.
0:16–0:30What we do
What Ignite actually is
Executive-level business coaching for HVAC and automotive service owners.
Fortune 500 financial discipline, applied to a shop.
Name three or four services, not all seven — suggested: fractional CFO, tax and FICA savings, KPIs and financial insight, SOPs and operational efficiency.
Draw the contrast: real financial documentation, not generic frameworks.
0:30–0:42How
Walk the three steps — use the new names
Plan it — we get honest about where the business actually stands.
Build it — we build the strategy and the systems around it.
Launch it — we put it live and hold you accountable to it.
ImportantSay “plan it, build it, launch it.” Do not say diagnose, design or deploy — that wording is being retired across all our sites.
0:42–0:55Close
One clear call to action
Tell them the first call is a straight conversation about their numbers.
End on: “Book a consultation.”
Something like“Book a consultation. We’ll go through your numbers together, and you’ll know inside one call whether we can help you or not.”
Leave out
Specific client results or percentages — the page shows those next to your video.
Pricing of any kind.
Listing all seven services. Three or four lands harder.
Your personal backstory — that’s Video 2.
VIDEO 2Andy ErvinCoach Andy page45–60 sec
Why Andy
This viewer already knows what Ignite is — they clicked your name to decide whether you’re the one they want to talk to. This is personal, not corporate. Don’t repeat Video 1.
0:00–0:10Credential
Lead with the CFO chair
Twenty years in corporate finance — Controller, VP of Finance, CFO.
Then the credentials: MBA in Finance from Kellogg, CPA, Certified CFO Coach, EOS Implementer.
Say them once, plainly. Don’t oversell them.
0:10–0:22Why
Why you left that to coach shop owners
The honest reason — this is the part that builds trust.
The idea to land: big companies have a CFO. A $2M shop doesn’t, and it’s the same math.
Something like“I spent two decades building financial systems for companies that could afford a full finance department. The owner running a two-million-dollar shop needs the exact same thing — nobody’s ever given it to them.”
0:22–0:38What you fix
Name what you personally handle
Fractional CFO and turnaround work
Tax and FICA savings
KPI and financial insight — knowing your real numbers weekly
Strategic planning
Give one quick example of a blind spot you routinely find — margin hiding in pricing, or payroll tax left on the table.
0:38–0:55Close
Invite them onto your calendar
Say what the first call feels like — a real look at their numbers, no pitch.
End on: “Book a consultation with me.”
Leave out
Re-explaining what Ignite is — Video 1 already did that.
Plan it / build it / launch it — that’s the homepage’s job.
Client names and specific percentages.
VIDEO 3Tim OwensCoach Tim page45–60 sec
Why Tim
Your angle is demand and growth — getting more customers in the door and keeping the business from depending on the owner for every decision. You’re the one who’s still in the trades every day.
0:00–0:10Credential
Open with the operator angle
“I’m Tim Owens — Automotive Service and HVAC coach, and CEO of Service Conversion.”
The differentiator: you’re in the trades daily, not watching from outside.
Something like“I’m not a consultant who read about this industry. I’m in these shops every day — which means what I teach you is what’s working right now, not what worked five years ago.”
0:10–0:22The problem
Name the growth problem you solve
Shops that are busy but not growing, or growing but not profitably.
Marketing spend that nobody can trace to actual booked jobs.
Owners stuck making every decision themselves.
0:22–0:38What you fix
Your two service areas, concretely
Marketing and lead systems — a repeatable way to bring customers in, not one-off campaigns.
Strategic planning and sales — a plan the team can run without you.
Mention customer acquisition and retention and the automated follow-up that keeps customers responding.
Your own line from the call — use it“More customers, better margins, and fewer decisions that only the owner can make.”
0:38–0:55Close
Invite them onto your calendar
Offer to look at where their leads are actually coming from.
End on: “Book a consultation with me.”
Leave out
Financial or CFO topics — that’s Andy’s lane.
Operations and dispatch detail — that’s Tom’s lane.
Specific percentages or client names.
VIDEO 4Tom MunroCoach Tom page45–60 sec
Why Tom
Your angle is everything that happens after the sale is closed — the operational side that quietly decides whether the shop makes money. You have the longest tenure of the three; lead with it.
0:00–0:10Credential
Open with 26 years
“I’m Tom Munro — 26 years in HVAC operations and sales.”
Sales floor to operations management, across five companies.
You can name them or just say “five companies” — your call.
0:10–0:22The insight
Your core line — build the video on it
Closing the job is only half the business.
The other half is scheduling, dispatch, tracking and getting paid.
Something like“I figured out early that closing the job is only half the business. You can sell all day long — if your scheduling, your dispatch and your tracking are broken, that money never makes it to the bottom line.”
0:22–0:38What you fix
Bottlenecks, margin leaks, and technicians
SOPs and operational efficiency — so the team performs without the owner standing over them.
KPI tracking — the operational numbers, not just the financial ones.
Technician performance and leadership development.
Land on retention: keeping the techs you’ve already trained.
Your own line from the site — use it“Make money, run smoothly, and keep the technicians you’ve trained.”
0:38–0:55Close
Invite them onto your calendar
Offer to find where their service department is leaking margin.
End on: “Book a consultation with me.”
Leave out
Marketing and lead generation — that’s Tim’s lane.
Tax, CFO and financial strategy — that’s Andy’s lane.
Specific percentages or client names.

Raised on the call, not required for launch
Only shoot these once the four above are delivered.
Plan It / Build It / Launch It · Andy · 30–45 sec
Sits inside the Ignite Method section.
Andy walks through how he plans, builds and launches.
AI visuals cut in over the top — Andy asked for the launch beat to be “explosive,” him in a rocket taking off.
Shoot it flat and straight; the visuals get added in the edit.
All three coaches · AI-generated
Fills the gap at the top of the All Coaches view.
Andy’s suggestion: an AI clip of all three working together.
Most coaching hands you frameworks and motivation.
Ignite hands you a plan with a P&L attached —
and stays until it's executed.
The problem was never your effort — it's that no one
ever built the financial and operational backbone your
business needs to scale. That's the gap we close.
01
Plan It
Ask the right questions and get the real numbers
on the table.
02
Build It
Build the strategy and the systems that fit.
03
Launch It
Launch it live and hold the line with structured
accountability.
"It stopped feeling like a roller coaster.
I started being able to plan. It changed the whole
feeling of running the business."
Sandy
HVAC owner
2% → 9%
"My service parts were marked up over 200%,
and I was marking up a $12,000 system 8%.
When Coach Andy showed me that math I was
genuinely embarrassed."
Trent
HVAC & Plumbing owner
$420 → $800
"My gross margin was around 45% and I could
never understand why I was so busy but had no money.
Now it makes sense."
